You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card. Alternately, you may contact us to request a check payment. We will hold your item(s) for 5 days for your check payment to arrive. TarHeelART.com offers a 3-month interest free layaway plan. Please contact us about the item or items that you are interested in. We will calculate a total include shipping and tax (if applicable) and divide your order total by 3 monthly installments. Your order will be shipped after the final installment. Installments may be made using check or money order only. We do not accept PayPal payments on layaway plans. Installments may be mailed to the address above. All cancelled layaway orders are subjected to a 10% administrative and processing charge. Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 3 days of delivery (excluding special order items). You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping costs. No returns on special order items.
